48-Hour Transit Guarantee: If your toran or brass centerpiece arrives damaged, deformed, or defective in transit, we will replace it promptly with zero return freight charges.

1. Handcrafted Variations vs. Defects

Each Hunar Arts creation is individually needleworked by human hands without computerized mechanical automation. Subtle variations in zari thread tension, stitch density, or natural brass patina are not defects; they are the authentic hallmarks of living heritage artistry.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

Notification must be logged with our concierge within 48 hours of doorstep delivery.
Item must be returned in its original condition with the muslin protective bag, tags, and rigid gift box intact.
Custom architectural commissions crafted to custom non-standard door measurements are non-returnable unless defective.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Replacement

Simply message our WhatsApp Concierge at +91 98765 43210 or email concierge@hunarart.com with your Order ID and 2 clear photos of the parcel. A reverse pickup will be scheduled at your doorstep.
